Double Standard

So let me get this straight. You can throw pies at a conservative lady while she's exercising her first amendment rights and it's ok. You can toss salad dressing at a (some may say fanatically, myself included) conservative guy and get a small slap on the wrist. But spit on a traitor and you go directly to jail. Do not pass go etc..

In my opinion, all three of these incidents are akin to assault and should be treated as such. Now, honestly, I sympathize with the vet spitting on ole' Hanoi Jane more than I do the others. Coulter and Buchanan were simply speaking after being invited. When Jane did was out and out treason. It was however assault, and he deserved what he got (so did she though and then some). I just wanna know what the deal is with the double standard on the left. Where are the liberals condemning acts of aggression by their kin? Yeah, that's what I thought.....
