Black Holes are COOL!!

The Chandra X-Ray observatory has gotten what they believe to be the first image of a black hole actually ripping a star to pieces. They even have a computer animation of the event here. Cool. If you like this stuff you should read more of Charles' work at Little Green Footballs.
